Rubaga is a suburb of the  capital,
Kampala. There are significant differences from neighborhood to neigborhood. The Rubaga Community School is located in an area with evident problems concerning infra structure and housing facilities
The Rubaga Community School is not far from one of the main roads leading to the city centre
