Membership fees
Become a member of Rubaga Friends. The membership fee is $100 for twelve months. We welcome members’ direct involvement in our cause, including their opportunity to visit Uganda to help assess needs and progress.
Donations
We need your help for the continuation of the support project. We accept with gratitude monetary donations – big or small – which will contribute to achieving our goals.

Our operation expenditures are low
All work for Rubaga Friends is voluntary and un-paid, board members cover all operation expenses, and travels are on own account. With modest operation expenses very close to 100% of all contributions to Rubaga Friends can be used to support the children at the Rubaga Community School.
Program surveillance
Exact procedures have been established for transfer of funds, withdrawals, and disbursements to our program activities. Transparancy ensures that use of support money complies with our program decisions.
On-site visits at intervals to assess the impacts of the support program will also ensure adequate control, strengthen the personal relationships, and pave the road for further development of our program.
The Rubaga Friends support program is funded with membership fees and donations. Our annual budget is $21,000 and we depend upon your generousity to continue the support activity at the Rubaga Community School.
WE NEED YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS
The kitchen personnel succeeds in supplying daily meals to 300 children and about 20 teachers and other staff even if working conditionsare difficult.
Provision of foodstuff for cooking is a heavy economic burden for the school. Two-thirds of the support from Rubaga Friends are earmarked improvement of nutrition.
